(Dwyer 2006) business communications are purposive interchanges of ideas, opinions, information, instructions and the like, presented personally or impersonally by symbol or signal as to attain the goods of organization. For example different surveys, feedback tests and reports are conducted in business organizations monthly/annually. ïÆ'Ëœ In oral communication, both Pakistan and USA have informal rumours and one to one discussions. But group discussions are more common and preferred in west. ïÆ'Ëœ Written communication has greatly been revolutionized by the advancement in technology- computerization. The public sector organizations in Pakistan are still working in old- paper work style, while some of the organizations have computerised there business environments for communication. While western countries are far ahead in using technology for business communication. ïÆ'Ëœ Email is a very formal way ofShow MoreRelatedImpact of Rewards on Employee Performance in Banking Sector9390 Words   |  38 Pages[pic] Thesis submitted to:- Department of business administration Superior University Lahore Supervisor: Prof. Muhammad Ilyas Submitted By: Usman-bin Khalid Roll No: 6138 BBA (hons) 2005-2009 Department of business administration Superior University Lahore [pic] Thesis Title: â€Å"Impact of rewards on employee performance in banking sector† Research By: Usman Bin Khalid Research Supervisor: Prof. Muhammad Ilyas Department of business administration Superior University Lahore ImpactRead MoreMetro Cash and Carry20761 Words   |  84 PagesTable of Contents Executive Summary 2 Introduction 4 Company Profile 4 Company History 6 Vision 8 Mission Statement 9 Business Concept 11 METRO Cash amp; Carry Pakistan 12 Organizational Structure 14 Industry amp; Competitors’ Analysis 15 Industry Analysis 15 Competitors’ Analysis 17 Makro-Habib Pakistan Limited 17 Hyperstar Pakistan 18 Literature Review 20 Research Question 26 Research Methodology 29 Analysis amp; Findings 32 Survey Questionnaires’ AnalysisRead MoreCuases Impact of Rural - Urban Migration from District Swabi to Peshawar14595 Words   |  59 PagesThesis: 5 CHAPTER-2 6 LITERATURE REVIEW 6 Section–A: Conceptual Aspect of the Study 6 2.1 History of Human Migration: 6 2.2 Migration: 8 2.3 Theories of Migration: 9 2.4 Types of Migration: 11 2.5 Rural-Urban Migration: 12 2.6 Rural Urban Migration In Pakistan: 12 2.7 The Rising Rural-Urban Migration: 13 2.7 Causes and Impact of Rural-Urban Migration: 16 2.8 Causes of Rural-Urban Migration: 16 2.9 Push and Pull Factors of Rural-Urban Migration: 17 2.9.1 Push Factors 18 2.9.2 Pull Factors 18 2.10 ImpactRead MoreEffects of Hr Practices on Organizational Performance3331 Words   |  14 PagesOrganizational Performance – An Empirical Study of Oil and Gas Industry in Pakistan Muhammad Asif Khan Assistant Professor, Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto Institute of Science and Technology (SZABIST) Islamabad, Pakistan E-mail: dr.asif@szabist-isb.edu.pk Tel: 92-51-4863363 / 209 Abstract The study evaluates the effects of human resource management practices on organizational performance in Oil and Gas Industry in Pakistan.
